WHAT IS THE USUAL CHARGE PER LINE?

Postby Patzi41 » Wed Jun 30, 2010 10:53 am

I work at home using a computer that is connected to the hospital. I am doing transcription of one doctor which is down from the five or so that I was doing. (Not my idea. Has to do with the times.) I am currently being paid 10 cents a line. What is a fair amount to be asking for per line?

I operate a small home-based MT company and receive work from a hospital in Ohio. The hospital pays me 11 CPL and I pay subcontracted MTs 8-10 CPL, depending on their capabilities. 10 CPL is a very fair income.
