Equipment for standing to transcribe

Does anyone know if they still make/sell thumb pedals or something like that to be able to stand and transcribe because of back pain w/o having to stand awkwardly to use the foot pedal?

I found some old sites, but they apparently no longer make the equipment.

Check out this hand control. It slides beneath your keyboard and the buttons rest right below where your thumb rests on the space bar.
